Not your typical chicken and rice

Chicken and rice sound nice? Not interesting enough?
Well this one is SPICY SWEET made with canned Chipolte
peppers for a slightly smoky flavor. Better? Served over
rice with the tangy relish is really nice over a bed of
steaming hot rice.
